Star of the Month - Jude Southon

​Big shout out to Jude Southon for being voted Next Phase Recruitment's Star of the Month for August.

We absolutely love this monthly award as it gives the team the opportunity to recognise a colleague's hard work and acknowledge how they are living up to our company values.

Jude has been with us since April and has already exceeded his target and been promoted so it's great to see the team recognising his achievements. These are just a few of the comments:
