Aaron Stone is a highly skilled recruiter who joined Next Phase in January 2021 as a Principal Delivery Consultant and was successfully promoted to Delivery Team Leader after just 7 months. He now oversees the daily activities of the Delivery team, ensuring that we can fulfil our clients' requirements promptly and to the highest possible standards. ​Georgie Lamberth joined Next Phase in April 2023 as part of our recruitment training programme, building on the strong skills she learned from her experience in customer-facing environments.
