I am seeking an experienced and motivated Analytical Development Scientist to join our Protein Biology team. This is a key role in developing this innovative company’s first T cell receptor (TCR)-based therapeutic biomolecule, which targets cancer-associated Dark Antigens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in protein analytics and a passion for advancing drug discovery efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and perform biophysical/biochemical assays to characterize and screen therapeutic drug candidates.
Provide high-quality data to support decision-making and drive the rapid advancement of drug candidates through the development pipeline.
Design and execute experiments with scientific rigor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address the specific needs at different stages of drug development.
Document experimental procedures, data analysis, and results in electronic laboratory notebooks, maintaining accurate and high-quality records.
Contribute to various research and development activities, including drug discovery, biologics manufacturing (CMC), and pre-clinical studies.
