I am currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executives. Initially, this role will be office-based, with a focus on driving business growth and supporting our external Account Management team. Key responsibilities include:
Building an extensive network of contacts within accounts
Identifying new business opportunities
Assisting with larger projects alongside the Account Management team
Achieving activity-based KPIs
This role offers the potential for career progression into full Field Sales/Account Management once you are proficient in the sales process.
Candidate Requirements:
The confidence to liaise with senior contacts within NHS environments
The candidate will need to be comfortable with CRM activity and pipeline management, and work towards agreed KPIs etc.
