They are currently looking for a Quality Manager – Infectious Sciences to join their site in London (on-site).
Some of the responsibilities:
Retain, maintain, and improve the QMS in the Infectious Sciences and Parasitology Department.
Implement the Quality Policy as directed.
Review and manage quality processes and documentation promptly.
Ensure effective execution of routine Management Reviews.
Help set quality objectives and indicators, and formulate plans to achieve them.
Develop systems for continuous improvement activities.
Plan and execute an effective audit schedule and manage the quality manual.
Maintain compliance with the document control system.
Respond promptly to inquiries, incidents, investigations, and complaints, preparing summary and investigation reports.
Engage in performance measurement and monitoring activities.
Harmonize quality and operational processes across sites.
Ensure all quality processes comply with Health and Safety procedures.
Provide support to other laboratories across sites as needed.
Monitor compliance levels to identify and address potential risks.
