Cambridgeshire is county in the East of England region. Major towns and cities in Cambridgeshire include Cambridge, Peterborough and Huntingdon. Most of Cambridgeshire is agricultural. However, recent years have witnessed the rapid growth of a large cluster of high-tech electronics, IT, software and biotechnology businesses setting up in the area, so much so that it is now referred to as “Silicon Fen”.
