.At Next Phase recruitment based in Horsham, West Sussex, we are passionate about giving back to the local community and charities, and recently launched our volunteer and charity programme which gives staff paid time away from the office to help locally and encourages everyone in the company to get involved in fundraising activities. This year we have selected Chestnut Tree House and Macmillan as our chosen charities and are embarking on several charity events throughout the year. Our team have also signed up to volunteer in the local community in a few different areas; including Age UK, a local youth centre and to help keep the local park clean and tidy
