What You’ll Do:
•Lead the charge in developing a dynamic community engagement strategy within the Adobe Program, empowering marketers to connect and collaborate.
•Create compelling content—newsletters, social media updates, and internal communications—to keep the community informed and inspired.
•Drive global training efforts across Europe (and beyond), ensuring marketers are equipped with the tools and processes they need.
•Host engaging events (online and offline) that spark conversations and strengthen community bonds.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, Marketing Tech, Commercial Ops) to align engagement with business goals.
•Monitor and analyze community feedback, using insights to continuously enhance user experience and the Adobe platform.
•Identify and nurture champions within the community to amplify our message and drive activation.
Qualifications:
•A passion for community building & communications—you know how to create buzz and keep audiences engaged.
•Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
•Experience in community management, engagement, or communications (bonus points for experience in a tech-driven environment).
•Proficiency in Adobe tools, social media, and content management platforms.
•A creative mindset—always thinking of fresh ways to engage users and enhance their experience.
•Strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with ease.
