Position Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the marketing, brand, and IS&E teams to drive the success of our portfolio. Your role will involve providing data-driven recommendations, insights, and analysis to optimize customer journeys, brand strategies, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the marketing team to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations and insights that support priority brand customer journeys and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with brand teams to identify and quantify patient funnels and customer segments, aiming to maximize growth opportunities across the product portfolio.
- Work with the IS&E team to ensure the development of qualitative and quantitative primary market research for priority brands, informing effective brand planning.
- Investigate and address key business questions, providing analytics and insights in collaboration with IS&E to adapt and refine brand strategies and tactics.
- Support capital allocation and ROI assessments, optimizing the marketing and sales mix across the portfolio.
- Coordinate with the CO and IS&E teams to manage brand tracker requirements, ensuring they accurately reflect target audience needs and priority brand objectives.
- Deliver regular performance assessments of the portfolio to leadership, ensuring report accuracy and clear articulation of data implications for the business.
- Work closely with Brand Managers to identify potential opportunities and risks early, developing mitigation strategies and communicating these to the Marketing Director.
- Collaborate with the brand team to conduct opportunity sizing, headroom analysis, and identify growth opportunities over a three-year operating period.
Performance Management:
- Ensure effective performance measurement and deliver regular assessments of portfolio performance to leadership.
- Provide early communication of risks and opportunities to the Marketing Director, and work with Brand Managers to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support opportunity sizing, headroom analysis, and identification of growth opportunities over a three-year period, working in partnership with the brand team.

This is a 6 month contract, inside IR35, this role can either by hybrid or fully remote
