Your Responsibilities
As an HSE professional, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Management and Sustainability programs. Your mission is to ensure employee well-being and safeguard surrounding communities by enforcing regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and providing training.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in relevant areas.
  • Create incident reports and perform inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HSE systems for tracking and analysing statistics.
  • Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans.
  • Support the investigation of incidents and accidents.
  • Perform regular site inspections to ensure adherence to HSE policies.
  • Deliver internal training sessions on HSE topics.
  • Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
  • Propose improvements and resolve HSE-related issues.
  • Make timely and informed decisions within HSE responsibilities.
  • Gather and analyse data to support complex decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, HSE guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability policies to prevent major accidents through governance, procedures, and training.
What We Are Looking For :
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education:University degree or equivalent in HSE, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety, or a related field (mandatory).
Certifications (preferred but not required):
  • Professional Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Professional Certificate in Environmental Legislation.
Experience:
  • 3-5 years in HSE within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of HSE principles and regulatory compliance.
  • Expertise in major accident hazard controls.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
