Your Role:
Provide comprehensive IT support to all staff.
Serve as a superuser and administrator for LIMs (Labware), EMS, eQMS, and eBMR.
Implement, train, and support critical systems to ensure seamless operation.
Manage CSV lifecycles to keep systems compliant with GMP standards.
Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure effective support and service.
