Our client partners up with private and public bodies to provide the best services to clients across the UK.
They are currently looking for a Quality Manager to join their site in London (on-site).
Some of the responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance the QMS within pathology departments.
Implement and uphold the Quality Policy for the labs.
Review and manage quality processes and documentation promptly.
Organize and contribute to Quality Management Group (QMG) meetings.
Ensure effective execution of routine Management Reviews.
Help set quality objectives and indicators, and formulate plans to achieve them.
Develop systems for continuous improvement activities.
Plan and execute an effective audit schedule, and manage the quality manual.
Respond promptly to inquiries, incidents, investigations, and complaints, preparing summary and investigation reports.
Train departmental staff in quality-related activities.
