Role Overview:
This role involves building and managing relationships within the NHS to expand our reach, drive new business, and support larger projects. You’ll proactively seek new revenue opportunities, manage a detailed CRM, and support the Account Management team in achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and grow networks within NHS accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
Engage with clients through calls, visits, and social media to maintain a high level of activity.
Support external Account Managers with demonstrations, quotes, and major projects.
Maintain an accurate CRM and meet KPIs for client engagement and revenue growth.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in Account Management.
Strong CRM skills, comfort with KPI-based targets, and excellent relationship-building abilities.
Willingness to travel across the sales region, with overnight stays as needed.
