Are you a Scientific Project Manager passionate about driving innovative cancer immunotherapy projects forward? An opportunity has become available to join a pioneering Biotech company on a mission to discover and develop novel cancer therapies that make a real difference to patients’ lives.

We are seeking a Scientific Project Manager to lead and support cross-functional research initiatives, from Antigen Discovery through to Candidate Selection. In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will work closely with internal research teams to manage projects within a cutting-edge pipeline of bispecific T cell engagers targeting novel cancer-specific antigens. This role will be an initial 12-month contract with a possibility to go permanent.

 

Key Responsibilities of the Scientific Project Manager:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with key deliverables and company strategy.

  • Ensure effective communication across stakeholders and maintain project dashboards reflecting real-time progress.

  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while monitoring interdependencies across projects.

  • Collaborate with teams to define resource requirements and facilitate allocation based on project priorities.

  • Drive meeting outcomes, document action points, and follow through to ensure successful execution.

  • Contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) by sharing insights, employing best practices, and driving process improvements.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences-related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience in Biotech project management (Biologics is essential)

  • Proven track record of managing multiple inter-connected projects.

  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office and Smartsheet.

  • Exceptiona interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

  • Relevant Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP)
